JACKSONVILLE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY

Jacksonville Christian Academy began in 1981 offering Christian education for students K-4 through 12th grade. We use the A-Beka Book curriculum throughout the school.

Our sports program begins with physical education in the elementary grades. Competitive athletics begins in the 7th grade with Jr. varsity basketball, soccer and volleyball. The high school participates in the same sports. JCA has won several state championships in basketball and soccer.

Jacksonville Christian Academy also has one of the few high school aviation classes in the nation. The class meets weekly and has a monthly flight-scheduled-ride-along at a local airstrip. Participants enjoy field trips to regional aviation sites such as Kitty Hawk, NC; the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum; and Patriots Point, SC (which is home of the carrier Yorktown).
